Students today must be flexible enough to flourish in a world where technology is constantly developing.
The ISTE Standards for Students are written to give students a more decisive say in their education and ensure they are in charge of their own learning.

1.3 Knowledge Constructor
Students critically curate various resources using digital tools to construct knowledge, produce creative artifacts and make meaningful learning experiences for themselves and others.

Students use various technologies within a design process to identify and solve problems by creating new, practical, or imaginative solutions.
1.5 Computational Thinker
Students develop and employ strategies for understanding and solving problems that leverage technological methods’ power to create and test solutions.

Students communicate clearly and express themselves creatively using the platforms, tools, styles, formats, and digital media appropriate to their goals.
